Adopting AI begins with listening.
We help organisations decide what to do about AI, and then do it. At a human pace.

Most AI programmes fail at the desk, not in the model.
Tools arrive before questions.
Nobody asked how the work actually moves through the building.
The people closest to the work are asked last.
We start with them. The front desk, the dispatcher, the person who keeps the spreadsheet alive.
Speed is mistaken for progress.
A few steady weeks that stick are worth more than two fast ones that fade.
The pilot never ends.
Something works for one team and stays “a pilot” for two years. Everything we build has an end date, agreed before it starts.
Five stages. The first two are free.
The call
One hour on how the work moves, your tools and your data. No demo.
The report
Within 24 hours: your readiness score, what we heard, and the paths worth taking.
Going deeper
Conversations with your team, an opportunity matrix, workshops for leadership and staff.
Building
One thing built from the matrix: an automation, an AI agent, an application.
Staying close
Three months of fixes, small changes, training and consulting after the build.
Organisations under 500 people, where the person who decides still knows the person who does the work.
Public institutions
Procurement rules and public trust on one side. On the other, staff who have already lived through three modernisations.
Agencies and studios
Teams whose product is judgment. The useful question is where AI should stop.
Operations teams at SMEs
Work that lives in a dozen habits nobody wrote down. That is where we begin.
Family businesses
Two generations at the table, and a way of working that never needed writing down until now.
From a single restaurant or clinic to a few hundred people across departments.
Experience, put to one use.
Strategy, marketing, design, software and AI. We do not sell these one at a time. They go into building systems that make sense for the people who use them, with AI as one tool among many, chosen after the work has been mapped.
It starts with a free hour.
The free call
One hourWe listen to how your business works and show you what organisations in your industry do with AI. A written report follows within 24 hours.
Tier 1
One to two weeksConversations with the people who carry the important work, an opportunity matrix put in order, and workshops for leadership and the team.
Tier 2
Two to three weeksEverything in Tier 1, plus one thing built from the matrix in up to a week.
Tier 3
Four to five weeksEverything in Tier 2, with a build of up to a month and three months of support afterwards.
Every tier is a fixed fee, agreed before it starts. Larger builds begin with a fixed-price discovery. No licences are resold. No commission is taken on software.
What we notice, written down.
Short pieces from first meetings and pilots. No client is named, and nothing is invented.
The ones asked in the first meeting.
None, at first. Tools are chosen after the work has been mapped, and we start from what the team already pays for.
No. Engagements are designed for organisations without an IT department. Where one exists, it becomes a partner in the work.
No. We work with what is already there. If something has to move, it moves after the work has earned it.
The first hour and the report are free. After that, each tier has a fixed fee, which we tell you on the call and put in writing with the report. We do not resell licences or take commission on software.
The people doing the work help decide what the work becomes. We do not run redundancy programmes, and we say so in the proposal.
Only if you agree. The recording and an AI tool help us write your report, and the recording is deleted once the report is sent. Without consent, we take notes by hand.
